Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen:

Today my topic is ’Nuclear power: a blessing or a disaster?’

When the first atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan, the world was thrust into atomic age. Meanwhile in the commence of cold war and during its long term, it had set the world into fear and panic of nuclear war many times.

But over the years, nuclear power has found its way to promote goodness for humankind .It promises to provide clean and efficient energy for the centuries to come.

So whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster?

There is no firm answer for this question from my own perspective.

Ladies and gentlemen, my very initial contact with nuclear power was from a TV programme called Green Space where I saw for the first time how nuclear power had changed people’s lives and what it had left for the residents’ living around Chyrnobil nuclear power plant. Unfortunately, It was a sad story.

My heart sank when I saw a boy infant appear on the screen smiling with big blue sparkling eyes. He was so cute and adorable just like all the other kids but he was blinded. What’s more, he had to receive medical treatment everyday to alleviate radiation damage, but still stood little chance of growing up. Later I learned that inappropriate operation and equipment design defect was responsible for the tradegy .Eight years has past, but the picture of that boy’s smile still appears infront of me and reminds me that nuclear power can be a living devil.

However, with the increasing depletion of resources and the instant demand for energy, clean and efficient nuclear power may seem the best choice.

As an old saying goes ’Every sword has two blades.’ Nuclear power is dangerous, yet efficient; environmental devastated yet clean; expensive yet sustainable. It is a matter of how we use and how we treat it. While let’s beyond all this ,whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster, it’s ours’ choice.

对活动的整体策划，是保证活动顺利开展的基础。本次活动宣传到位，参与的学生人数多，达到了宣传英语书写的目的，继而在学生中掀起了练习英文书写的热潮。在评选方面，我们不仅请专业英语老师做评委，还请学生代表为学生自己的作品打分，让学生真正体验阅卷老师的感受。

总之，我们的这次书写大赛是在综合实践课-----英文衡水体讲座之后，开展的一个后续活动，是课程的延伸和检验，最终达到了让同学们对英语书法产生极大的兴趣，培养了同学们书写英语的积极态度，并激发了大家对英语各方面的兴趣，让大家认识到了一手好字的重要性。

不知从何时起，跑步变成一种时尚，也不知从何时起，我开始着迷于这种时尚。

曾几何时，800米体能测试都让我胆寒，这种出人意料的情愫涌现就像是言情小说里面不经意爱上了杀父仇人。

跑步俨然蜕变成一种仪式，一种与自我灵魂对话的片刻。

多少人走着走着，会忘记了自己是谁，路上太多风景而无暇自视，跑步成了最佳的时机。

“什么都可以想，也什么都可以不想”是对跑步最好的脚注，双脚在地球表面抬起又落下，万千思绪也在灵魂圣土发了芽。

最灰暗的青春

有关跑步的记忆始于大学失恋与考研失败之后。

那时候觉得整个生命都是暗淡无光的，不止是被世界抛弃，而是从此再也没有世界。

那时恰逢学校操场经过暑假修整，铺上了新的塑胶和假草坪，初秋晚来很多人在操场绕圈散步，他们大多是手拉手的情侣或者三五成群的同学，我则只有我的耳机作伴。

北方的秋天很xxx，夜幕深垂的时候有些凉意，风刮在脸上还是柔和的。

最难忘的记忆

毕业后从北方之北来到南方之南，顺德这个人杰地灵、闻名遐迩的地方。

上班的公司大都年轻人，有不少都痴迷于健身，尤其是热爱跑步。

在他们的带动下我有时也会去顺峰山跑跑步放松，但是我的体力跟他们差很远，顶多也就跑个10公里。

一天一个同事告诉我元旦容桂有马拉松，我说我就是个菜鸟，跑着玩还可以，马拉松是绝对参加不了的。

他就说叫我陪他，就算跑不完也没关系，大多数人都是跑不下来。

为了革命友谊，我勇敢地报了名。

记得那天是阴天，北风吹着还有点冷。

我们早早来到赛场，现场挤满了人，大家都穿着短袖短裤，完全无视阴冷的天气。

我的体力果然如我预料之中的差劲，跑了才七公里，我就感觉很吃力了，但是又不好意思说。

同事看穿了我的心思，一直在鼓励我，后来他就不跑了，对我说：“我们走去终点吧。

”我其实不太愿意，觉得好丢人。

“要不回去吧，我今天好像状态不太好。”

“这次马拉松对我来说很重要，我们走也要走完。”

我看到他欲言又止，表情出奇地严肃，眼神含着恳切，就答应了他。

虽说是徒步，还是有些吃力，尤其是最后五公里。

他就在我旁边给我讲好多笑话，给我讲他的.童年趣事，一路上虽然疲惫但也一点都不无聊，两三个小时很快就过去了。

我当时很感慨，现在能遇到一个能聊得来的伴真是一件幸事。

眼看到了终点，人群已经散去了，颁奖仪式都已经结束了。

他提议说去终点那里拍张照留作纪念吧。

我站在宣传板那里，他从背包里面拿出一条丝巾将我眼睛蒙住。

我连忙摘下。

“你要做什么啊?”

我被他怪异的举动搞得很不自在。

他说他要给我拍一张特别的照片，要蒙住眼睛。

我问为什么。

他说拍出来你就知道了。

“这是你第一次参加马拉松，要以特别的方式纪念。”

我从来都很相信他，就照做了。

即使如此，我也知道不会这么简单，这绝对是个“阴谋”。

他叫我站在原地不要动，他要选个好角度。

大约过了一分钟，我的耳边想起了吉他伴唱，那首我最爱的《just the way you are》。

熟悉的声音，我的心紧张得噗噗跳，给刚准备摘下丝巾，一只手按住了我。

副歌结束，一双手拿下了丝巾，他竟然单膝跪在我面前，手里捧了一大束红玫瑰。

“嫁给我好吗?”

我当时的心情完全找不到词语来形容，我们好多共同的朋友都奇迹般出现了。

我既觉得很害羞又很享受那一刻世界属于我的感觉。

有件事情我一直没好意思说就是我一直喜欢他，而且，他给我蒙上丝巾的时候我已经预感到了。

后来他成了我的老公，我们的约定，只要容桂的马拉松一直办下去，我们就一直要参加。

最享受的坚持

如今我在这里扎了根。

跑步仍然是我生命中重要的仪式。

我的初恋终于此，我的婚姻始于此。

跑步使我自制，生活更有规律，精神状态也变得积极向上。

跑步是我偶遇的一种思考和追寻的方式，迷茫困惑的时候去跑步!消极颓靡的时候去跑步!找不到寄托的时候去跑步!找不到答案的时候去跑步!跑步消耗掉的不仅是体力，更是身体里的负能量。

我喜欢电影《阿甘正传》，敬佩阿甘不负生命的态度;也喜欢村上的《当我在谈跑步时我在谈论什么》，敬佩他在左脚抬起右脚落下那一瞬间的顿悟。

一个在跑步中消解苦楚，一个在跑步中体味生命。

跑步让我找到自我，以后的日子，我也即将会一直跑下去，跑到跑不动为止。

今年的议论文赛题为：人类是否需要预测未来的能力。材料偏向于肯定预测未来能力的好处，我经过斟酌也选择认同这一观点。通过思路整合，我将文章分为个人、国家和全人类三大角度，分层次讨论了预测未来的能力带来的优势。人类从古至今从未放弃对不可知未来的探索和追求。你要问人类的命运最终走向何处，我只能将目光投向那不可知的未来，因为答案往往还是掌握在引领时代的智者手中。预测未来的能力赋予了人类上帝视角，当好奇的手触碰到水晶球的那一刻起，我们就成为了个人、国家和全人类命运的主宰者。

文章结构参考往届优秀xxx，融入个人思考，表现出当今中国所倡导的“四个意识”中的大局意识和看齐意识。例证以当今时代为背景，囊括了近期的热点事件，如席卷全球的新冠疫情、理塘代言人xxx爆红和全球气候问题等。

“狂”字，犭部，所谓狂，即任情地做事，不用理智约束感情。用键盘在“为”和“狂”之间敲上“蜀都”二字时，稍稍有些许停滞——真的对蜀都有着如此的狂热执迷吗?却忽然、阳台上潜入的穿堂风偷来楼下几家茶铺热闹的吆喝，送来满室夹杂着夏日香气的断续的叫好声，嘴角的弧度便上扬开来——对锦城的感情，怎么值不起一个“狂”字?而蓉城那满室墨香的草堂，那紧扣着诸葛丞相的武侯祠又如何当不起堪堪狂字?“成都是府。成都是天府。天府的人好安逸。”易中天教授在《读城记》一书中，成都府一栏的开篇，便是这骈散有致的三句话。恰也是这短短三排字，便勾勒出了我心中最美的地方。 好，你又要问我了——成都哪里安逸?哪里让你如此狂爱不已?那我也不能随便用几个形容词敷衍你，我敷衍不起，更不愿敷衍。那就只好长话长说，一一为你道来。

我为蜀都狂，狂的不是它“国家园林城市”、“中国最佳旅游城市”那外在的区区名号。为我所狂的，是我生在成都，长在成都，感受到的深切的文化关怀。 而说到天府文化，不得不提起的，便是茶。不，说茶还不大准确，细化一些，说白了，应是茶馆，是茶铺。

—、狂热之——我把童年泡在了茶里。记忆里的六七岁，不爱“红妆”，却总喜欢随着爷爷去“泡”茶馆。所以为“泡”，是在于热腾腾的茶水永远满杯，袅袅的雾气旋转着升起在各式各样的茶铺里，伴着人们大清早便开始的议论抬杠，消散——聚拢——消散。那时整天坐在茶馆，也并不喜欢疯来疯去，而是喜欢静静坐在爷爷腿上，听他和其他一干爷爷叔叔辈儿的人大侃龙门阵。他们不讲东家长xxx短，他们只会天南地北指点江山，逸闻趣事挨个儿点一通，最爱的是偶尔有个好话题的，大家便开始滔滔不绝，或英雄所见略同而会心一笑。 自己又特别迷恋司马相如写的赋，便又觉得个个侃爷都是作赋高手。而自然——龙门阵，便是我们成都人的“赋”。越这样觉得，爱去茶铺的次数便就越多，渐渐成痴，养成了每日必去的好习惯。 现在想来，当时是怎样一种享受啊!一群文化人，本地的、外地的，聚在老街深处，扎堆在茶铺子里，话题温馨，言语亲和，和每天高达12万人大的茶客一起，组成一支不折不扣的十万大军，分享心得，等到夕阳落山，再等到夕阳无山可落，终于才恋恋不舍地回家。我想除了成都府，无地敢出其二。诚然，那段泡在茶里的时光，便就是自己遥远的童年时代，少了橡皮筋少了毽子，却多了一份文化积淀，初中作文《创新杯作文大赛》。让我能早早体会到了成都这方水土上的语言，原来就恰似踢球好手，把话语颠来倒去，反复品味，形成一支味蕾上的舞蹈，耍出千万般花样。

二、古迹之所以为我心中古迹。后来稍稍大了些，就爱趁着假期去看那些名胜古迹。哪怕摸摸那里一块砖，一片瓦，也会高兴好半天。那时我还不知道，原来踏足过锦官这片土地的文人雅士大有人在，不止只是xxx的“好雨知时节，当春乃发生”，还有xxx、三苏、xxx、xxx……他们都让这片大地因历史的沉淀愈加厚重，又因岁月的磨洗愈见辉光。 丞相祠堂xxx，xxx外柏森森。踏进武侯祠，厚重的历史气息便能把自己像作茧一般，紧紧缚祝你不会感到窒息，只是会异常沉重，异常小心，生怕一个大声，而打破了沉寂以外的未知名的感觉。而我就偏爱沿着低矮的墙壁，以背贴墙，顺着墙根，双手触着青石砖头，一步一步地闭眼前移。指尖的微凉似乎可以真实地传递到心尖，把因泛起历史而躁动热血的心冷却稍许。是的，或许是因为生长于天府，或许不是，我最爱的诗人便是那大庇天下寒士俱欢颜的xxx，当然，出身未捷身先死，长使英雄泪满襟。三国当中自也是偏爱诸葛三分。

三、串串香串起的人生百味。我爱成都的小吃，并不全为一时食欲，在于你能吃到的，是一种家的感觉。大街小巷，路边摊的叫卖声声声入耳，就像是家里人唤你无二。串串香麻辣的味道在味蕾上久久挥散不去，促使你张开全身的毛孔呼吸。偶尔芙蓉的香气传来，重重一吸，xxx多，却还舍不得那股味道散去，便又开始新一轮奋战。最爱和玩伴一起到锦里去走街串巷，从街头吃到结尾。知道瞅见各家已灯火黄昏，才马不停蹄赶回家，享受家中家常美味。有人总质疑质疑质疑，说什么成都怎么就成了来了就不想走的城市?不是还有句俗语叫“要拴住男人的心，先拴住男人的胃吗?”你的品尝时能感到食物以外的温暖，怎么能不感到留恋，不感到不舍?不同国籍不同种族的人来到成都，看见他们吃到麻辣串时那一瞬的糗态，直教人捧腹，又直教人心疼。 大家如此不同，相隔千山万水，或许你家庭美满，或许你才从公司离职，你或许高居庙堂，你或许默默无闻。可是却在一根串串香上有了近乎神似的表情和动作。你不能不喟叹大千世界的神奇，不得不想起原来人生百味，也可以如此简单。

xxx在《一寸金·成都》中曾经这样赞过成都：——井络天开，剑岭云横控西夏。地胜异，锦里风流，蚕市繁华，簇簇歌台舞榭。雅俗多游赏，轻xxx，靓妆艳冶。当春昼，摸石江边，浣花溪畔xxx画。的的确确，成都美，成都好巴适，成都夏无酷暑，冬不严寒，成都人和善。可是倘使你不如我般生长在这片安宁祥和的土地上了，你变难以体味我心中那份痴狂。我一直耿耿xxx于“乐不思蜀”，实在理解不了怎会有人乐不思蜀?至少我仅仅呆在这里，都止不住反复咀嚼这里的每一种风味每一个表情。何况我们，大有可能在两年后各奔东西，到另外的城市开拓自己全新的人生，去为祖国“抛头颅洒热血”。那个时候，成都的夕阳，便再也不会每天照红自己的脸，记忆里的小桥流水人家又会不会变成高楼大厦?但我始终喻之xxx，我不会忘记这里的每一个符号。

Madame Curie, by virtue of a optimistic attitude and steadfast tenacity, extracted an infinitesimal amount of radium from tons of impure materials after three-year-and-nine-month experiment and advocated to use radioisotope to cure cancer which rendered humanity a powerful weapon to fight against the fatal disease. Hua Luogeng, a renowned C, metamorphosed into a math master by holding a positive outlook and unswerving doggedness.

It\'s not hard to find the common denominator of the brilliant and reverent giants: a positive outlook towards the sufferings and failures.

Being moderately positive will arm us with an effective weapon to repel the enemies of negative feelings that will hold us back and become a stumbling block on the way ahead. It will bolster up our belief and confidence in the face of the mishaps and torments and we will possess a more optimistic perspective to the life tragedies. Being moderately

positive is like a beacon light of hope which will illuminate our way ahead and resembles a lighthouse which show us the path when we are disoriented. Then all the darkness will fade away and crumble into dust. Being

moderately positive is the inner force which propels you froward in the teeth of setback and hurdles. We will ooze confidence and persistence no matter how tough the situation is.

Nevertheless, we are supposed to put the positive mindset in perspective, which means we need to understand it in the appropriate and right way. Here the positive mindset is a moderately positive one, not overly optimistic. Anything that is too much will backfire. The last emperor of Shang Dynasty was being too sanguine and optimistic and believed that his kingdom was impregnable and was never to be toppled by others. Thus he sank into the debauched and promiscuous lifestyle, listened to the malign suggestions of his diabolical officers and precluded any good suggestions from being sent to him. The decadence and depravity eventually led to his downfall and his power was nullified and compromised. This renders us a good lesson that we shall never become overly optimistic about our lives, works, conditions and circumstances because undue and inordinate optimism led to the complacent and smug mentality. It is always counterproductive.

Individuals should always strive for the better selves rather than rest and wallow in self-contentment when the achievements are made. That is why being overly optimistic should be deprecated and criticized.

So, what we need to do is to differentiate the positive mind from the overly-optimistic one, for there is a blurry line between these two. Our capacity to distinguish between them must be acuqired by constant failures and attempts. Always being moderately positive is not an easy task and trying to keep it is even much harder. Sometimes we will become disheartened and lose all the hope; sometimes we will enjoy the

exhilaration of being successful and then get obsessed with the current achievements. Through failures, we can have a much clearer interpretation of being moderately postive. And this is a long process that should be covered step by step and brick by brick.

Can being positive backfaire? I cannot answer in the affirmative. But add ^moderately^ to the sentence: Can being moderately positive backfire? My answer is definitely NO.

城市管理杯征文大赛

我住在一个美丽的城市——石狮市。石狮向来被誉为“海西明珠”但是，谁又知道在这颗璀璨明珠的背后却不像表面那么光鲜亮丽。

在公园的草地上有着随处可见的餐巾纸、塑料袋;大街上是市民随口就吐的口香糖、随手就扔的香蕉皮。特别是在传言石狮会地震的那段期间。市民集体迁移到龟湖公园，在那吃饭、睡觉、打扑克。我敢肯定他们中一定有95%的.人没有自发带塑料袋去装垃圾，把垃圾倒入垃圾筒内。所以才会致使整座公园一走进去不是绿草茵茵而是白花朵朵。真是辛苦那些清洁工人了，还好有他们来净化、绿化、美化这座公园，收拾这个“残局”。

当时我就在想，如果清洁工人有一天罢工了，我们的城市会不会被垃圾包围，臭味一直相伴?绿茵茵的草地会不会被垃圾完全覆盖?砖铺成的路会不会最后是人们用口香糖、水果皮铺成的?我们不敢说这种事不会发生。城市是我们自己的，每个人都应该来当城管，我们应该用自己的双手去净化、绿化、美化整座城市。

我知道，城市管理治理有“六乱”。

1。乱占道堆放摆摊设点。

2。乱张贴涂写刻画拉挂。

3。乱损坏花草树木。

4。乱搭建乱挖掘。

5。乱倒泄漏遗撒垃圾。

6。乱设置广告牌匾。

对于这六乱，使我感触很深。就拿第一点来说吧!在学校门口、小巷子里常常被一些小摊小贩堵的水泄不通;商家装修时，总把沙石任意摊在人行道上。每每看到这些场景我总会抑制不住心里的盛怒。如果我们的村子也配有一个城管那该有多好啊!

其实城市是大家的，并不是仅仅属于城管和清洁工人的。爱护城市，建设好城市是我们的自己的事。我呼吁：大家都来当城管，我们应不断增强城市管理意识，人民城市，人民管，每个市民应该树立文明新风尚。改掉不良习惯，让我们的城市面貌焕然一新，让环境有明显的改善!造福我们的子孙后代。

全国具有高等学历教育招生资格的普通高等学校中国国籍在校本科学生。 参赛方式

初赛：符合参赛资格的高校学生可直接向本校外语院（系）或大学外语教学部咨询、报名和参加初赛。

复赛：初赛结束后，举办初赛的外语院（系）或大学外语教学部向本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会报名参加复赛。每校参赛人数由本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会确定并公布。

决赛：复赛结束后，各省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会将获得决赛资格的 3 名选手向大赛组委会秘书处报名参加全国决赛。

大赛组委会不接受选手个人直接报名。

参赛选手注册的个人信息须准确、真实。如经组委会查证与真实情况不符，将取消其参赛资格。

初 赛

组织方式：各参赛学校作为初赛赛点，由本校外语院（系）或大学外语教学部负责组织实施，

啦啦操大赛终于成功落下帷幕了，从总体上来说这次活动是比较成功的，基本上达到了预期目的。场上参赛队员卖力比赛，场下观众激情加油，甚者备有打鼓，虽有扰大赛秩序，但从中能看见他们的热情。

啦啦操比赛是我参与组织的第一个活动，虽然状况多多，但我还是从中体会出了几点道理。

首先，我对啦啦操有了一定认识。啦啦操是一项新兴的体育运动项目,对于高校学生具有广泛的价值,在丰富校园体育文化内涵的同时对促进整个校园体育文化的建设发挥着重要的作用；啦啦操也是一项集健身、娱乐、艺术、表演于一体的体现青春活力、健康向上、团结合作的团队精神的新兴运动项目。对全面提高学生素质，促进全民健身和体育的发展等都起到良好的促进作用。其次，我认识到了学生会是一个整体，有的时候部门工作并没有明确的界限。宣传不再只是宣传部的事，各部都有人帮忙帮展板，布置会场等；体育部的人不再是“体力”部，出谋划策时总有他们身影。就好像布置整个活动区的时候，大家都是哪里有活干就往哪里跑。布置的时候大家都很抓紧时间，整个学生会便如拧成了一天绳子，互帮互助，齐心协力在短短时间内布置好活动场地。但也发现少许问题…在前期工作分配上没有很好落实，导致工作范围不明确，造成了一些失误，如小板凳的准备，茶水的准备等。

再者，我意识到临场应变的重要。我主要负责啦啦操彩排和正式比赛的伴奏音乐播放工作，总体还算可以，没有太大失误。在播放音乐工作上，在主任及学长学姐们的教授下，弥补了我的经验不足，使大赛的音乐播放任务顺利完成~但从中发现自身缺乏临场应变，不能及时做出正确判断，造成一些不必要的失误。还有当桌布没有在校会那借到时，也不能及时去弥补，虽然最好有惊无险找到桌布，但我从中发现自己还需要好好的锻炼。最后，我从我的工作中也认识到了细心的重要。象在各系传送音乐时，只要将其音乐名稍稍改下，就不仅能省播放时的功夫，还能减少失误。

But over the years, nuclear power has found its way to promote goodness for humankind .it promises to provide clean and efficient energy for the centuries to come.

So whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster?

There is no firm answer for this question from my own perspective.

Ladies and gentlemen, my very initial contact with nuclear power was from a tv programme called green space where i saw for the first time how nuclear power had changed people’s lives and what it had left for the residents’ living around chyrnobil nuclear power plant. unfortunately, it was a sad story.

My heart sank when i saw a boy infant appear on the screen smiling with big blue sparkling eyes. he was so cute and adorable just like all the other kids but he was blinded. what’s more, he had to receive medical treatment everyday to alleviate radiation damage, but still stood little chance of growing up. later i learned that inappropriate operation and equipment design defect was responsible for the tradegy .eight years has past, but the picture of that boy’s smile still appears infront of me and reminds me that nuclear power can be a living devil.

However, with the increasing depletion of resources and the instant demand for energy, clean and efficient nuclear power may seem the best choice.

As an old saying goes ’every sword has two blades.’ nuclear power is dangerous, yet efficient; environmental devastated yet clean; expensive yet sustainable. it is a matter of how we use and how we treat it. while let’s beyond all this ,whether nuclear power a blessing or a disaster, it’s ours’ choice.

I don\'t think so. printed books won\'t be abandoned in such a short time. i admit that new technology is developing fast.

Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. however, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.

There are many things need to recorded on books. books are something meaningful and practical. i should say, in our country, printed books wouldn\'t be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.

Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. they accompany human to advance. a student without books could be someway ridiculous.

Secondly, our country haven\'t developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. and even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.

I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

公文写作“五字诀”

机关公文写作大赛是一个以文会友的平台，是一个公文写作的“擂台”，更是一个练就本领的“舞台”。我们在这里碰撞思维、激扬文字，同一个题目、同一份答卷，用精美的文字演绎出绚烂篇章，更像是一次美丽的邂逅，与写作相约，遇见公文之美。回想起来，公文写作“五字诀”值得与大家共勉。

一要把握立意“新”。题目多读一次、现象多想一层、问题多思一遍，准确把握题目的主旨、行文的主题、文章的主干，力求“想到别人想不到”的核心要义。

二要做到结构“精”。“文似观山不喜平”。在把握体例的前提下，重在结构精巧、材料精当、文笔精妙，夹叙夹议中突出文章的逻辑、段落的层次。

三要注重文风“实”。准确鲜明地表达观点、阐述论点，用新词、说新话，力戒“假大空”的套话。引入身边的事实、素材和数据说话，多写一些平实的话，真正把事情想明白，把道理讲清楚。

四要把握文章“简”。公文之美，在于结构简约、层次简化、语言简洁。开篇“说什么”开门见山，有理有据，有力有节;文中“做什么”简洁明了，可长可短，有张有弛。

五要功在平时“写”。写在赛场，功在平时，读千遍不如写一遍。胸怀大局、关注大势，转换格局、谋全川事，从多写多练中积累常识、从经典论著中增长学识、从大事要事中增长见识。

四川省第五届机关公文写作技能大赛，既是组织全省机关干部深入开展党史学习教育的有力举措，也是指引我们立足“三新”投身社会主义现代化四川建设伟业的生动实践。

从现实来看，我认为写好一篇公文要从“三个问题”出发。

第一问：为何写材料——要充分理清文章的“思想”。胸中有大义，笔下有乾坤。首先要做到对xxx、省委重要会议与指示精神的学习领会，充分理解写作意图，准确把握任务目标，突破思维定式，创新思路立意，在文章思想上力争做到“人无我有，人有我优”。

第二问：材料写什么——要广泛组织文章的“血肉”。基础不牢，地动山摇。在确立了文章思路以后，就要多方面收集能够支撑文章论点的案例、数据，这将组成文章的基础。必要时还要开展多方调研，确保全部基础要素客观准确、支撑有力。

第三问：怎么写材料——要创新搭建文章的“骨骼”。万事俱备，只欠东风。“思想”和“血肉”已经具备了，还需要一个坚强有力的“骨骼”来支撑，这就是文章的框架结构。想清楚各部分之间的逻辑关系，xxx写什么后写什么，哪部分详写哪部分略写，用哪种结构排列方式。只要敢于尝试，终将收获惊喜和成功。

总之，写作最大的窍门就是多学习、多思考、多练笔、多创新，时间能够酝酿一切。这次大赛我获得了一等奖，但是成绩属于过去，未来任重道远。今后，我将围绕省委决策部署、围绕全局中心继续工作，加强学习、增强才干，立足岗位再建新功!

不知从何时起，跑步变成一种时尚，也不知从何时起，我开始着迷于这种时尚。

曾几何时，800米体能测试都让我胆寒，这种出人意料的情愫涌现就像是言情小说里面不经意爱上了杀父仇人。

跑步俨然蜕变成一种仪式，一种与自我灵魂对话的片刻。

多少人走着走着，会忘记了自己是谁，路上太多风景而无暇自视，跑步成了最佳的时机。

“什么都可以想，也什么都可以不想”是对跑步最好的脚注，双脚在地球表面抬起又落下，万千思绪也在灵魂圣土发了芽。

最灰暗的青春

有关跑步的记忆始于大学失恋与考研失败之后。

那时候觉得整个生命都是暗淡无光的，不止是被世界抛弃，而是从此再也没有世界。

那时恰逢学校操场经过暑假修整，铺上了新的塑胶和假草坪，初秋晚来很多人在操场绕圈散步，他们大多是手拉手的情侣或者三五成群的同学，我则只有我的耳机作伴。

北方的秋天很xxx，夜幕深垂的时候有些凉意，风刮在脸上还是柔和的。

我的步伐和着耳中的节奏，彼时xxx我感觉我的生命是流动的，像乐章，如清风，不再是一潭死水，我听见自己的呼吸和心跳，我看见碧天里的星辰在闪烁，脚下粗糙的跑道表面粗糙的颗粒与鞋底之间摩擦着。

我终于不再孤单。

最难忘的记忆

毕业后从北方之北来到南方之南，顺德这个人杰地灵、闻名遐迩的地方。

上班的公司大都年轻人，有不少都痴迷于健身，尤其是热爱跑步。

在他们的带动下我有时也会去顺峰山跑跑步放松，但是我的体力跟他们差很远，顶多也就跑个10公里。

一天一个同事告诉我元旦容桂有马拉松，我说我就是个菜鸟，跑着玩还可以，马拉松是绝对参加不了的。

他就说叫我陪他，就算跑不完也没关系，大多数人都是跑不下来。

为了革命友谊，我勇敢地报了名。

记得那天是阴天，北风吹着还有点冷。

我们早早来到赛场，现场挤满了人，大家都穿着短袖短裤，完全无视阴冷的天气。

我的体力果然如我预料之中的差劲，跑了才七公里，我就感觉很吃力了，但是又不好意思说。

同事看穿了我的心思，一直在鼓励我，后来他就不跑了，对我说：“我们走去终点吧。

”我其实不太愿意，觉得好丢人。

“要不回去吧，我今天好像状态不太好。”

“这次马拉松对我来说很重要，我们走也要走完。”

我看到他欲言又止，表情出奇地严肃，眼神含着恳切，就答应了他。

虽说是徒步，还是有些吃力，尤其是最后五公里。

他就在我旁边给我讲好多笑话，给我讲他的.童年趣事，一路上虽然疲惫但也一点都不无聊，两三个小时很快就过去了。

我当时很感慨，现在能遇到一个能聊得来的伴真是一件幸事。

眼看到了终点，人群已经散去了，颁奖仪式都已经结束了。

他提议说去终点那里拍张照留作纪念吧。

我站在宣传板那里，他从背包里面拿出一条丝巾将我眼睛蒙住。

我连忙摘下。

“你要做什么啊?”

我被他怪异的举动搞得很不自在。

他说他要给我拍一张特别的照片，要蒙住眼睛。

我问为什么。

他说拍出来你就知道了。

“这是你第一次参加马拉松，要以特别的方式纪念。”

我从来都很相信他，就照做了。

即使如此，我也知道不会这么简单，这绝对是个“阴谋”。

他叫我站在原地不要动，他要选个好角度。

大约过了一分钟，我的耳边想起了吉他伴唱，那首我最爱的《just the way you are》。

熟悉的声音，我的心紧张得噗噗跳，给刚准备摘下丝巾，一只手按住了我。

副歌结束，一双手拿下了丝巾，他竟然单膝跪在我面前，手里捧了一大束红玫瑰。

“嫁给我好吗?”

我当时的心情完全找不到词语来形容，我们好多共同的朋友都奇迹般出现了。

周围人群都涌过来围观，还拿手机在拍我们。

我既觉得很害羞又很享受那一刻世界属于我的感觉。

有件事情我一直没好意思说就是我一直喜欢他，而且，他给我蒙上丝巾的时候我已经预感到了。

后来他成了我的老公，我们的约定，只要容桂的马拉松一直办下去，我们就一直要参加。

最享受的坚持

如今我在这里扎了根。

跑步仍然是我生命中重要的仪式。

我的初恋终于此，我的婚姻始于此。

跑步使我自制，生活更有规律，精神状态也变得积极向上。

跑步是我偶遇的一种思考和追寻的方式，迷茫困惑的时候去跑步!消极颓靡的时候去跑步!找不到寄托的时候去跑步!找不到答案的时候去跑步!跑步消耗掉的不仅是体力，更是身体里的负能量。

我喜欢电影《阿甘正传》，敬佩阿甘不负生命的态度;也喜欢村上的《当我在谈跑步时我在谈论什么》，敬佩他在左脚抬起右脚落下那一瞬间的顿悟。

一个在跑步中消解苦楚，一个在跑步中体味生命。

跑步让我找到自我，以后的日子，我也即将会一直跑下去，跑到跑不动为止。

也许我永远不会站在长跑的领奖舞台，可是我也不会减少对它的热爱。

“‘外研社杯’全国英语演讲大赛”与“‘外研社杯’全国英语写作大赛”是由外语教学与研究出版社联合教育部高等学校大学外语教学指导委员会和教育部高等学校英语专业教学指导分委员会共同举办、面向全国高校在校大学生的公益赛事。

“‘外研社杯’全国英语演讲大赛”于 2002 年创办，在国内外广受关注，已成为全国参赛人数最多、规模最大、水平最高的英语演讲赛事；“‘外研社杯’全国英语写作大赛”于 2012 年启动，旨在推动英语写作教学，提高学生英语写作水平，引领高校外语教学的改革与发展。两项大赛以高远的立意和创新的理念，汇聚全国优秀学子，竞技英语表达与沟通艺术。同一赛场，两个舞台，既各具特色，又互促互进，为全国大学生提供展示外语能力、沟通能力与思辨能力的综合平台。

英语演讲与写作能力是国家未来发展对高端人才的基本要求，也是高端人才外语能力、思辨能力、交际能力、创新能力和国际竞争力的综合体现。两项大赛的设置，将以演讲和写作两大能力的提高为“驱动力”，全面提升学生的外语综合应用能力。赛题将以国际化人才要求为标准，融入思辨性、拓展性和创造性等关键要素，增强学生的跨文化交际意识，开拓其国际视野，提升其国际素养。

全国具有高等学历教育招生资格的普通高等学校中国国籍在校本科学生。 参赛方式

初赛：符合参赛资格的高校学生可直接向本校外语院（系）或大学外语教学部咨询、报名和参加初赛。

复赛：初赛结束后，举办初赛的外语院（系）或大学外语教学部向本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会报名参加复赛。每校参赛人数由本省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会确定并公布。

决赛：复赛结束后，各省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会将获得决赛资格的 3 名选手向大赛组委会秘书处报名参加全国决赛。

大赛组委会不接受选手个人直接报名。

参赛注册

参赛选手注册的个人信息须准确、真实。如经组委会查证与真实情况不符，将取消其参赛资格。

初 赛

组织方式：各参赛学校作为初赛赛点，由本校外语院（系）或大学外语教学部负责组织实施，

为加强班级凝聚力，调动同学们参与集体活动的积极性及体现本班特色，现举行有奖班级logo设计大赛，大赛规定如下：

一、参赛对象

全班同学（可邀请外援参加，但大部分设计过程必须由本班同学完成请自觉遵守）

二、参赛形式

1、主体以宿舍为单位（女生六人一组，男生每个宿舍为一组，xxx立志、庒骋并入106宿舍，xxx并入110宿舍）

以上五组，每组必须完成至少一个作品

2、同时欢迎其他非分配的个人或组队参赛

三、评比方式

各参赛队伍完成作品设计后交由班委评审团进行评比|（打分制，总分100分）

四、作品要求

1、手绘或电子图形式皆可

2、作品大小：整幅作品必须包含于一个5*5cm的方框内

3、每件作品必须附有必要的设计理念、设计主题说明，以及简要的图标内容说明

五、参赛时间

评审时间：

六、奖项设置

经评审团评比后，得分最高的即为本次大赛的冠军作品，冠军作品会被选用为班级logo，并给予创作团队50元现金奖励。

其他团队得分80分以上的给予5元鼓励奖金

对于得分60分以下的将提出批评，并影响本学期综合测评德育成绩（主要由态度决定）

我为蜀都狂

一方水土养一方人，一方人筑一方城，创新杯作文大赛。你是否和我一样狂热于那“当年走马锦城西，曾为梅花醉似泥”的xxx?

——题记

“狂”字，犭部，所谓狂，即任情地做事，不用理智约束感情。用键盘在“为”和“狂”之间敲上“蜀都”二字时，稍稍有些许停滞——真的对蜀都有着如此的狂热执迷吗?却忽然、阳台上潜入的穿堂风偷来楼下几家茶铺热闹的吆喝，送来满室夹杂着夏日香气的断续的叫好声，嘴角的弧度便上扬开来——对锦城的感情，怎么值不起一个“狂”字?而蓉城那满室墨香的草堂，那紧扣着诸葛丞相的武侯祠又如何当不起堪堪狂字?“成都是府。成都是天府。天府的人好安逸。”易中天教授在《读城记》一书中，成都府一栏的开篇，便是这骈散有致的三句话。恰也是这短短三排字，便勾勒出了我心中最美的地方。 好，你又要问我了——成都哪里安逸?哪里让你如此狂爱不已?那我也不能随便用几个形容词敷衍你，我敷衍不起，更不愿敷衍。那就只好长话长说，一一为你道来。

我为蜀都狂，狂的不是它“国家园林城市”、“中国最佳旅游城市”那外在的区区名号。为我所狂的，是我生在成都，长在成都，感受到的深切的文化关怀。 而说到天府文化，不得不提起的，便是茶。不，说茶还不大准确，细化一些，说白了，应是茶馆，是茶铺。

—、狂热之——我把童年泡在了茶里。记忆里的六七岁，不爱“红妆”，却总喜欢随着爷爷去“泡”茶馆。所以为“泡”，是在于热腾腾的茶水永远满杯，袅袅的雾气旋转着升起在各式各样的茶铺里，伴着人们大清早便开始的议论抬杠，消散——聚拢——消散。那时整天坐在茶馆，也并不喜欢疯来疯去，而是喜欢静静坐在爷爷腿上，听他和其他一干爷爷叔叔辈儿的人大侃龙门阵。他们不讲东家长xxx短，他们只会天南地北指点江山，逸闻趣事挨个儿点一通，最爱的是偶尔有个好话题的，大家便开始滔滔不绝，或英雄所见略同而会心一笑。 自己又特别迷恋司马相如写的赋，便又觉得个个侃爷都是作赋高手。而自然——龙门阵，便是我们成都人的“赋”。越这样觉得，爱去茶铺的次数便就越多，渐渐成痴，养成了每日必去的好习惯。 现在想来，当时是怎样一种享受啊!一群文化人，本地的、外地的，聚在老街深处，扎堆在茶铺子里，话题温馨，言语亲和，和每天高达12万人大的茶客一起，组成一支不折不扣的十万大军，分享心得，等到夕阳落山，再等到夕阳无山可落，终于才恋恋不舍地回家。我想除了成都府，无地敢出其二。诚然，那段泡在茶里的时光，便就是自己遥远的童年时代，少了橡皮筋少了毽子，却多了一份文化积淀，初中作文《创新杯作文大赛》。让我能早早体会到了成都这方水土上的语言，原来就恰似踢球好手，把话语颠来倒去，反复品味，形成一支味蕾上的舞蹈，耍出千万般花样。

二、古迹之所以为我心中古迹。后来稍稍大了些，就爱趁着假期去看那些名胜古迹。哪怕摸摸那里一块砖，一片瓦，也会高兴好半天。那时我还不知道，原来踏足过锦官这片土地的文人雅士大有人在，不止只是xxx的“好雨知时节，当春乃发生”，还有xxx、三苏、xxx、xxx……他们都让这片大地因历史的沉淀愈加厚重，又因岁月的磨洗愈见辉光。 丞相祠堂xxx，xxx外柏森森。踏进武侯祠，厚重的历史气息便能把自己像作茧一般，紧紧缚祝你不会感到窒息，只是会异常沉重，异常小心，生怕一个大声，而打破了沉寂以外的未知名的感觉。而我就偏爱沿着低矮的墙壁，以背贴墙，顺着墙根，双手触着青石砖头，一步一步地闭眼前移。指尖的微凉似乎可以真实地传递到心尖，把因泛起历史而躁动热血的心冷却稍许。是的，或许是因为生长于天府，或许不是，我最爱的诗人便是那大庇天下寒士俱欢颜的xxx，当然，出身未捷身先死，长使英雄泪满襟。三国当中自也是偏爱诸葛三分。

三、串串香串起的人生百味。我爱成都的小吃，并不全为一时食欲，在于你能吃到的，是一种家的感觉。大街小巷，路边摊的叫卖声声声入耳，就像是家里人唤你无二。串串香麻辣的味道在味蕾上久久挥散不去，促使你张开全身的毛孔呼吸。偶尔芙蓉的香气传来，重重一吸，xxx多，却还舍不得那股味道散去，便又开始新一轮奋战。最爱和玩伴一起到锦里去走街串巷，从街头吃到结尾。知道瞅见各家已灯火黄昏，才马不停蹄赶回家，享受家中家常美味。有人总质疑质疑质疑，说什么成都怎么就成了来了就不想走的城市?不是还有句俗语叫“要拴住男人的心，先拴住男人的胃吗?”你的品尝时能感到食物以外的温暖，怎么能不感到留恋，不感到不舍?不同国籍不同种族的人来到成都，看见他们吃到麻辣串时那一瞬的糗态，直教人捧腹，又直教人心疼。 大家如此不同，相隔千山万水，或许你家庭美满，或许你才从公司离职，你或许高居庙堂，你或许默默无闻。可是却在一根串串香上有了近乎神似的表情和动作。你不能不喟叹大千世界的神奇，不得不想起原来人生百味，也可以如此简单。

xxx在《一寸金·成都》中曾经这样赞过成都：——井络天开，剑岭云横控西夏。地胜异，锦里风流，蚕市繁华，簇簇歌台舞榭。雅俗多游赏，轻xxx，靓妆艳冶。当春昼，摸石江边，浣花溪畔xxx画。的的确确，成都美，成都好巴适，成都夏无酷暑，冬不严寒，成都人和善。可是倘使你不如我般生长在这片安宁祥和的土地上了，你变难以体味我心中那份痴狂。我一直耿耿xxx于“乐不思蜀”，实在理解不了怎会有人乐不思蜀?至少我仅仅呆在这里，都止不住反复咀嚼这里的每一种风味每一个表情。何况我们，大有可能在两年后各奔东西，到另外的城市开拓自己全新的人生，去为祖国“抛头颅洒热血”。那个时候，成都的夕阳，便再也不会每天照红自己的脸，记忆里的小桥流水人家又会不会变成高楼大厦?但我始终喻之xxx，我不会忘记这里的每一个符号。

除却茶铺美食，除却名胜古迹，这里还有太多的我的心之所向。这里的麻将的碰撞声，这里银杏树叶做成的书签，这里的太阳神鸟……孰敢或忘? 二十里中香不断，青羊宫到浣花溪。那是属于自己的土地，那是梦想开始的地方。不是单单一个“狂”字就能解释得清的。古人有句话说——情不知所起，一往而深。我想，大概就是如此了吧。

森林xxx国要举办才艺大赛，小动物们纷纷认真准备起来。

一天，小猴偷偷地在小兔的窗户边看小兔在学写作。他想：我也学。小猴回到家，拿起作文本写了起来。刚写两句话，就觉得没话可说了，小猴说：“写作文怎么这么难，不学了！”

突然小猴听到喇叭声，真好听。小猴自言自语地说：“我还是学吹喇叭吧。”小猴给自己买了一个喇叭，吹了起来。刚吹两天，小猴觉得腮帮子疼了，说：“这个也太难，不学了。”喇叭被扔在角落里再也没动过。

又一天，小猴在外散步，看见小鹿跑得真快。小猴心动了，说：“我也学跑步。”小猴撒腿就跑，跑了一两圈就累得气喘吁吁。小猴又不学了。

才艺大赛那天，小兔、小熊、还有小鹿他们都得到了金灿灿的奖牌，而小猴却两手空空，他后悔极了。

对活动的整体策划，是保证活动顺利开展的基础。本次活动宣传到位，参与的学生人数多，达到了宣传英语书写的目的，继而在学生中掀起了练习英文书写的热潮。在评选方面，我们不仅请专业英语老师做评委，还请学生代表为学生自己的作品打分，让学生真正体验阅卷老师的感受。

总之，我们的这次书写大赛是在综合实践课-----英文衡水体讲座之后，开展的一个后续活动，是课程的延伸和检验，最终达到了让同学们对英语书法产生极大的兴趣，培养了同学们书写英语的积极态度，并激发了大家对英语各方面的兴趣，让大家认识到了一手好字的重要性。

事业看精神，技高艺精方能气定神闲。提升机关干部队伍战斗力，必须从锤炼过硬本领上提升队伍的精气神。在新时代新征程中，面对“两个大局”，只有干部队伍能力过硬，才能在改革发展中“任凭风浪起，稳坐钓鱼船”;只有干部队伍本领高强，才能在攻坚克难中有宠辱不惊的淡定和风过无痕的从容。

为了培养专业能力、专业精神，增强干部队伍适应新时代中国特色社会主义发展要求的能力，大赛着眼于机关党员能力素质提升，坚持开展比赛和试题测验相结合，着力强化机关干部写作能力和综合素质。大赛建立电脑作答、限时比赛、多轮评卷等比赛机制，要求选手完成起草“领导讲话”“调研报告”“工作意见”三个项目，着力打造“机关公文写作铁人三项比赛”。在试题设计和答题要求方面，大赛注重政治理论和实际操作，要求参赛党员干部熟悉党的理论、了解法规政策、吃透决策部署、把握省情域况、选定文种题材、提炼主旨观点、构思框架层次、运用精准语言，着力增强机关党员干部的政策理解能力、决策执行能力、服务发展能力、改革创新能力和综合文稿能力，促使参赛党员干部综合素质得到有效提升。

来自省政府办公厅的参赛选手xxx说，“参加首次大赛后的这四年，我深深感到自己对中央和省委决策部署的把握更加全面，思维视野得到拓展，能力水平得到提升。”

5年来，大赛为一大批优秀年轻干部提供了一个展示个人写作才干的“舞台”，40岁以下党员干部占参赛党员的，的获奖人员得到晋升，党员干部队伍得到良好训练。
