Being one of the oldest university libraries in China the history of Zhejiang University Library can be traced back to 1897 when Qiushi Academy Library was founded. 不可否认的是，随着社会信息化进程的不断加快，高职院校图书馆对专业信息资源开发和共享利用已成为潮流和趋势。

高职院校图书馆作为学校教育工作三大支柱之一，在学校居于“信息中心”地位，被称为“教学资源中心”。图书馆支持了学校教育教学工作，协助教师充实教学内容，培养学生自我学习能力、陶冶个人情操，为师生提供了休闲娱乐等功能。图书馆通过提供包括英语在内的情报信息资源，直接和间接地支持了学校教育教学以及科研工作的开展，有着不可替代的作用。图书馆一项的重要职能之一的情报信息职能，为专业教学提供支持。但要注意到的是，高职院校图书馆情报信息工作和学校专业教学工作融合度不够，具体到专业英语教学上，还是各自为政，从而造成了图书馆资源的浪费，对高职院校的建设和发展也是一种损失。

三、高职院校图书馆与专业英语教学融合的思考

（一）高职院校图书馆与专业英语教学结合是必然趋势。在科学技术日新月异的今天，任何一门学科及专业的发展，都不能脱离情报信息的支持，在此情形下，图书馆如果仍然固守传统的思维方式，把注意力放在仅仅教会读者如何利用图书馆目录，脱离学科专业的发展，单纯向读者进行灌输式的情报教育，传授计算机与多媒体技术的使用与操作技能，轻视文献信息的挖掘开发，就会使图书馆情报信息工作更加被动。

同样的道理，高职院校在专业英语的教与学上，如果仍旧沿用以往强调学科基础、拓宽专业范围、注意学生个性发展的教学指导思想，学生从一切跟老师走的习惯中走出来，突然进入到开放教育和开放学习的环境中，面对浩如烟海的文献信息，往往感到无所适从，在近乎盲目性的阅读中，顾此失彼，难以很好地坚持下来开展有效的自主学习，他们迫切需要老师对他们在专业英语学习与图书馆文献信息导航相结合的学习策略的指导。同样的道理，专业英语教师自身也需要利用图书馆的英语情报信息资源，以便更好地备课和教学。

1 “H31英语”类目修订概况英语类文献一直以来都是高校图书馆馆藏中极其重要的一部分。《中国图书馆分类法》（以下简称《中图法》（第5版）针对第四版“H31英语”大类的不足和实际需要对某些类目做了修订，通过增设新类目、增改类目注释等使类目更加清晰和实用，主要表现在以下2个方面：一是调整、规范了英语类教学用书的类目与分类方法。将（4版类名：教学法；教材、教学参考书，4版入H31）的类名改为“教学法、教材、教学参考书”，并在“教学法”类目下增设了8个下位类（修改内容见表1），以容纳和规范中等以上英语教学用书的归类，使教学参考书有了明确的归类，改变了此类文献原来过于集中于上位类（H31）的现象。如：图书《现代大学英语教程》，中图法第4版只能归入H31，而第5版可明确归入这一新类，方便此类文献的分类排架管理及用户检索利用。二是通过增改注释，说明类目含义或类目之间的关系，增强类目理解或使用说明。如“语音教学”增加注释为：“口语教学入此。教材、听说读练习等入”（修改内容见表1）。笔者根据多年英语类文献分编的实践，结合《中图法》（第5版）“H31英语类”的学习、理解，对类目修订成果和类目注释的不足之处做客观概述，并撰写此文，以期与大家共同探讨。

2 “H31英语类目”修订成果解读经过此次修订，英语类绝大部分类目的类名概念清晰，对于提高文献标引质量和用户检索效率起了积极作用。

关于“H31（专业英语入有关各类）”的解读类目注释是对类目的补充说明，通过增加修改类目注释，来容纳新主题、疑难或常见主题内容。《中图法》第5版的“H31”类目的注释为“专业英语入有关各类”。如：《国际商务英语》（高等学校国际贸易类教材）为F-43。这使专业英语类图书在分类上有了明晰的定位，方便了编目人员的标引。但在工作中发现，类似于《机械专业英语写作教程》、《机械专业英语阅读教程》之类的图书是应该入“H315英语写作”和“英语阅读”类目，还是归入“TH机械学”大类呢，这给编目人员的分类标引带来了困扰。此次类目的修订，对于专论各学科专业英语的教材，包括词汇、修辞、写作等该如何归类，没有明确的说明。笔者认为，文献分类必须遵循学科属性的原则，即文献分类标引必须以其内容的学科和专业属性为主要标准，作为专业英语的教材也应归入有关学科，并借用总论复分表-4或-6进行复分，如《生物学西班牙语词汇》，应归入生物类Q-61。对于专业英语的教学用书如果具有多专业共性特点，在英语的有关类目可以作互见分类。但有时专业外语不易区分，也有可能是供专业与非专业读者以提高阅读能力为目的的各科读物，对于该类文献，则应分入语言类，利用通配符组配。如，《轻松听懂BBC新闻》，可以归入“：G”。

一、烟台开发区图书馆xxx之贝英语角”介绍

烟台开发区图书馆xxx之贝英语角”活动是我馆重点打造的服务品牌之一。它的发展是一个循序渐进的过程，总起来说分三个发展阶段：第一阶段，2012年的烟台经济技术开发区图书馆位于部级留学人员创业园区内，该留学园区聚集了不少在欧美国家留学后回国创业的留学生。每到节假日他们便会把自己的孩子带到图书馆看书学习，他们中的不少孩子受家长的影响外语水平都不错，我馆就适时地引导他们用英文探讨一些小问题，这就是“少儿英语角”的雏形。

第二阶段，2013年以来，随着参加活动的儿童数量越来越多，原来的活动场地已经无法满足活动需求。2013年6月，我馆在电子阅览室开通了MyET-MyCT少儿英语口语学习平台中的剑桥英语课程，该活动可以让孩子们在游戏中练习英语口语。这样一来，电子阅览室便成为了“儿童英语角”的第二活动场地。同时，我们主动与创业园有英美国家留学经历的家长联系，他们在每周日上午的9点到11点与孩子们进行英语交流。

第三阶段，2015年我馆从留学生创业园搬迁至福莱山市民文化公园，我馆的“少儿英语角”又有了新的变化。xxx英语学校成为“少儿英语角”活动的合作伙伴，学校作为烟台开发区一家专业的英语培训学校，他们的加入让xxx之贝英语角”活动更加专业化。同时，他们定期派出外教帮助孩子们做英语口语强化训练，受到了家长、孩子们的欢迎。

二、烟台开发区图书馆xxx之贝少儿英语角”的品牌特色

一是xxx之贝少儿英语角”拥有专业的活动团队。除了有xxx英语学校这个合作伙伴，我馆领导在原有的2名工作人员的基础上又增加了3名英语专业出身的大学毕业生，专门负责此项活动；发展了有英语特长特别是有留学海外经历的家长朋友们做志愿者后盾，这些志愿者们不定时参加活动，用英文同孩子们做游戏、讲故事、xxx动画片。
