信封：

英语的信封其实和中文的是一样的，有三部分的组成，发信人的地址、收信人的地址和邮票。只不过英语信封除了贴邮票的地方是一样的外，但是英语信封上写的发信人和收信人的地址和中文是不大一样的。发信人的底子应该写在信封的左上角，收信人的底子应写在信封的偏中右偏下处。英语书信的地址应该从小写到大，先写门牌号、街道、城镇、省或者州及邮政的编码，最后是要写国家的名称。国家的名称的每一个字母都是要大写。

信头：

称呼：

称呼是一封信开头对收信人的称呼，写在封内地址或提示句下两三行。称呼后可以写冒号或逗号。在商业信函或其他正式书信中，用冒号。在非正式书信中，称呼后用逗号。

主题句的选择：

电子邮件最重要的部分就是要突出其主题了，如果我们都是一个比较忙的人，再打开邮件的时候，希望第一眼看的.就是邮件的主题。所以，主题就是要突出邮件的重要性。英文邮件的主题最好不要超过35个字母。

正文：

正文的格式是多种多样的。商业的信函最好都是齐头式。但是私人信函不是用齐头式的。在齐头式的书信中，全部内容包括日期和信尾问候语，这都是从左侧顶格开始的。而且段落的开头不能空格，各段之间都是空两行。

结尾：

结尾在正文之后添加。注意一般的结尾句中只有第一个单词首字母大写，而剩余的单词，首字母小写。

(1)称呼

写一封信，先要把收信人的称呼顶格写在第一行，然后，再在后面加上冒号，表示下面有话要说。

(2)问候语

问候语要写在称呼的下一行，空两格。它可以独立成为一段。

(3)正文

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate.
