当今社会,国际间的交流不断加强,各种有效信息快速的传递,英语作为一门世界流行的语言,对于国家之间经济往来、传播各地文明成果起着重要的作用,是获取信息的主要工具。而书面语的交流沟通主要是通过阅读来实现的。因此在高职英语教学中,英语阅读课的教学是非常重要的,需要引起学校和各位老师的足够重视,采取各种措施提高学生的英语阅读水平。

1在英语阅读过程中高职高专的学生存在的主要问题笔者发现在英语阅读过程中高职的学生存在的问题概括为几点:1)语言的基本功薄弱,明显体现在词汇量不大以及难以掌握复合句和长句。2)阅读习惯不良,突出在低声诵读或在默读单词发音,遇到难词生词立即查字典,逐字逐句阅读等方面。较难应付篇幅较长且陡增的阅读量。3)对通篇文章的把握能力较差,很多学生难以在阅读结束后从整体上理解文章。很多学生在阅读中忽略了上下文的联系,以致整篇文章从头到尾,不知所云。4)缺少相关背景知识,不太了解英语国家的文化底蕴,学生遇到不熟悉的某些术语或是题材,往往束手无策。

2高职英语阅读教学中应采取的策略阅读教学活动的目的是:1)培养和发展学生的阅读技能。

2)在篇章中学习语言知识。3)了解信息,丰富知识。4)欣赏文章,从中获得乐趣。

根据现代教育心理语言学以及认知语言学理论的观点,他们普遍认为学生在阅读活动开始之前以及阅读活动过程中,需要具备一定的能力基础、技巧基础和心理基础。他们将阅读活动定义为一种复杂的、掺杂个体的主观能动性的心理活动的过程。首先阅读活动是在个体已经掌握的.知识经验的基础上进行的,这就是说学生要有一部分的知识技能的储备,有相应的能力基础才能进行下去。其次阅读活动是需要学生结合已有知识对新知识进行一系列的筛选验证加工组合的过程,这就需要学生具有一定的阅读技巧。最后,学生要有自己独立的完成阅读活动的心理准备。了解了阅读活动的特点,在教学中应把握以下方法:增加学生掌握的词汇量,进行系统的关于语法方面的训练英语阅读理解主要考察的是学生的词汇积累量和英语语法的掌握程度。在教学过程中,教师要促使学生积极能动的学习英语词汇,从构词法、上下文语境、词根词缀等方面讲解猜测词义,或者通过一词多义的讲解来增加学生的词汇量,并且注意分散复习策略的应用,每天上课开始时带领学生一起复习重点词汇,使学生能牢牢的掌握住。关于语法的讲解从英语学习之初就开始有接触,对于经常出现的重点难点语法句法集中讲解,使学生掌握一些固定句式,增强学生对长篇、长句的理解能力。

进行提升英语阅读速度的相关练习提升英语阅读速度是必要的,这也是为了适应当前快捷化的信息交流方式所必须要培养的能力。要提升学生的阅读速度,可以从两个方面着手,一方面需要对学生进行提升阅读速度的练习,长期坚持对学生进行快速的阅读训练对阅读能力的培养能起到事半功倍的效果。另一方面教师应该教授学生一些快速阅读的技巧。快速阅读一般采取略读跳读两种方式,根据快速掌握的材料内容,运用联想、猜测的方式掌握文章的大体意思。比如当堂训练的方式,选取一段难度适中的阅读材料,让学生在规定的时间内完成阅读训练,面对学生出现的问题及时给予点评和讲解,对于材料中出现的语法词汇重点难点以及文化背景知识进行点拨。

努力提升学生的语篇分析能力在英语教学中,首先进行的是单词的教学,是语法的教学,在掌握单词、语法知识以及词句的理解的基础上,下面需要进行的是语篇的分析理解能力的培养。掌握一定的语篇分析的技巧,对于提升学生的英语阅读理解水平有重要作用。语篇阅读能力的培养有助于学生创造性思维的养成,使学生的语言交际能力大大提高。但是,在阅读教学课的选材上应该注意的是:题材要与时俱进,尽量选取涉及生活的各个方面的阅读材料,增加学生学习的兴趣;阅读材料的体裁尽量多样化,说明文、记叙文、议论文等。

一、高职高专青年教师成长现状

(一)周课时量大,教学任务重。高职高专青年教师基本上担任两门以上的专业主干课程的教学,周课时量都在12节以上,一部分青年教师每周课时量达到18节以上,周课时量大,备课压力也大。刚毕业的青年教师还必须担任学生班主任或辅导员工作,部分青年教师要参与课外辅导、带学生见习或实习等。因此,备课、授课和课外辅导占用了青年教师的大部分时间。

(二)学术科研缺乏时间和机会。由于教学任务繁重,青年教师参与科研的时间和精力也就严重不足。申报自己感兴趣的课题,不仅需要与资历和经验挂钩,而且竞争非常激烈,成功概率小。尤其是没有硕士以上学位的青年教师,申报课题时只能挂靠在其他职称高、经验丰富的老教师课题上(打打下手),甚至是研究与自己的学科专业毫不相关的课题,独立获取科研发展的机会太少。而职称晋升又必须与教师的科研成果挂钩,因此青年教师为了晋升几乎都盲目地。这种只求数量、不求质量的倾向,明显与科研要求的严谨态度背道而驰。而尽管如此,绝大多数青年教师都认为做课题写论文比上课重要,因为职称评定基本上只与科研挂钩,与上课质量关系不大。

(三)学历偏高,职称与工资收入偏低。近年,由于受就业压力的影响,高职高专新进青年教师都要求具有硕士研究生以上学历。按照江西省人社厅的要求,新进有硕士学位的青年教师其专业技术职称须从助教任起,因此其工资水平也可能处于学校教师岗位的底层,只能靠增加周课时量来提高收入。繁重的教学工作却不能换来等值的经济报酬,如果学校不加重视,不给予精神鼓励,那么青年教师很难有心理上的稳定感。因此,有11.3%的青年教师急于谋求兼职,以增加个人经济收入,而这势必影响他们完成本职教学工作和科研任务。

(四)经济基础普遍薄弱。青年教师尤其是近年引进的硕士研究生,不仅从就读大学到攻读硕士学位花费了大量的时间和费用,而且刚从事教育教学工作,存在很大的人际关系压力和经济压力。部分青年教师是从中小学教学岗位考取硕士研究生而来的,一切得重新开始,家庭和经济压力很明显不是个小问题。至于前些年上岗的大学本科毕业生,他们除了搞好本职教学工作外,还得为自己的职称晋升和学历提升而忙碌分神。而面对地方物价攀升、房价上涨,如果他们尚未解决婚姻,不能拥有自己的一处房产,那就更是“白天愁上班,晚上愁对象”,十分苦恼。

(五)心理压力大,自认为社会地位低。“高校青年教师实际成为一线工作的主力,但所得无法与资历、职称、行政职务高者相比。科研、教学和经济压力被他们视为‘三座大山’。”这在全国是普遍现象,在欠发达地区的高职高专院校更是如此。青年教师在教学任务繁重的同时,职称评定和科研任务又是他们最大的压力源。在赣州市,有超过90%的高职高专青年教师认为自己处于社会中下层,甚至认为自己处于“底层”,而认为自己处于“中上层”或“上层”的却不到10%。无论从知识水平还是从职业类型来说,青年教师都应该具有一定的社会地位和待遇,因为他们工作稳定,拥有高学历、住房公积金和医疗保险,寒暑假还照常领取基本工资收入,本应属于中产阶级群体;然而他们认为自己处于社会中下层,与他们的工资收入和经济压力不无关系。因此,多数青年教师希望参与学校行政工作,那样可以减少课时量,而且有可能获得仕途发展,从而提高自己的待遇和地位。

二、高职高专青年教师成长障碍的原因

(一)学校及相关部门存在问题。一方面,教师课务重,周课时量大,反映了学校的师资配置与在校学生数量的搭配不合理。教师的课时量往往是与在校学生人数成正比而与任课教师人数成反比的,如果在校学生多、任课教师少,教师的课务明显会繁重。而市属高职高专在校教职员工的人均年绩效收入在报批时有限制,在教职员工的工资总量有上限的前提下,虽然在校人数增加了、任课教师的课务加重了,但其个人的工资收入不能得到应有的提高,这就显得不合理了。虽然青年教师是授课一线教师的主体,他们课时量大,但因为职称低,他们单节课的课时费也自然是最低的,而他们又主要靠领取课时费来获取劳动收入,如果课时量大他们反而不能享受“多劳多得”,那么其工作积极性也将难以保持。另一方面,许多高职高专院校,行政化倾向严重,职称评审的衡量标准严重向科研成果倾斜,教学成果也就没有得到应有的重视,甚至没有相关的衡量标准,这样的考核评价机制存在严重的制度缺陷。青年教师学历高却职称低,他们为了提高自己的职称和岗位津贴,也就自然随机应变地迎合了这样的评价机制,往往表现为学术浮躁,急功近利,任务式地完成教学计划。经过一番努力,青年教师似乎没有什么损失,反倒是加快了职称晋升和收入提高的步伐,最终受害的却是处于弱势群体的众多莘莘学子。这一切不仅阻碍了青年教师的成长成才,还严重影响了高职高专院校的健康发展。学校的主要任务是培养人才,而学校培养人才的前提是提高教学质量,不注重教学的学校不是一所合格的学校,其后果的严重性是长远而不可预测的。

(二)社会存在问题。由廉思领衔的研究团队在北京、上海、武汉、西安、广州5个城市,对5138名青年教师进行了调查,完成了《工蜂———中国高校青年教师调查报告》。调查报告认为,这个人群的自我认知在“下行”,因为“整个社会的价值系统变了,权力和金钱取代知识与道德成为评价优秀指标,这是令高校‘工蜂’族感到压抑的重要背景。知识分子的整体地位下降,‘工蜂’族地位更加被边缘化。xxx毕业前雄心壮志,而毕业后受就业形势所迫,部分青年教师因职业理想错位,开始怀疑自己所从事的教师职业的价值;面对社会新的价值系统,不能顺利进行“自我调控”和“角色转换”,开始有失落的心理。“拿着卖白菜的钱,操着卖白粉的心”已在众多高职高专青年教师内心扎根。当自我实现的需要与现实相冲突尤其是在面对多种冲突无法理顺时,他们就会出现焦虑和抑郁,教学热情不高,工作效率降低,对前途感到迷茫和彷徨,严重者甚至容易产生职业倦怠。这是在社会这个大环境下,多种复杂的因素导致高职高专青年教师的认知产生了偏移。

(三)青年教师自身存在问题。新上岗的高职高专青年教师,要面对陌生的环境、全新的生活方式、繁重的工作任务以及沉重的生活压力。他们自身主观方面也存在着一些问题。第一,职业思想和价值观念发生了偏移。在现时代,年轻人受市场经济的影响,付出往往讲究回报。而青年教师在教学岗位上如果一味追求劳动报酬,则难免失去教师本具有的教育奉献精神,或者缺乏传统的吃苦耐劳精神,甚至失去教育教学的耐心。第二,专业知识、教学技能和科研能力不扎实或不够均衡。高职高专院校往往重视实践能力和操作技能教学,少数青年教师自身的学科知识和教学技能不扎实,因此不能很好地胜任学科教学;多数青年教师则不具备应有的科研能力,不能及时地了解学科前沿的最新研究,也就不能为教学提供相应的理论指导;也有少数青年教师其专业知识和教学技能不扎实又缺乏应有的科研能力,两者都亟待提高。第三,心理品质不够健康或不够积极。虽然高职高专院校的青年教师其学习成长一般比较顺利,但是在面对教学、科研、职称、待遇、婚姻和家庭等一系列问题时却年轻气盛,容易表现出满腹牢骚,甚至自暴自弃,缺乏坚强的毅力和应有的耐心去克服这些问题。尤其是当自己付出的努力和所得到的回报不成比例时,青年教师往往容易产生失落感。目前,社会对高职高专院校的认可度还不够,尤其是欠发达地区还保留着严重轻视职业教育的传统观念,认为自己的小孩得上一流的大学才有出息,因此认为高职高专院校的教师不是真正的大学教师。面对社会主观偏见的困惑,青年教师心理容易产生落差,对自我价值认识不清,使自己处于一种尴尬的地位。这样,他们面对的问题就重复叠加或者心存侥幸心理而简单处理了事,造成恶性循环,更对自己产生不必要的心理困扰。

三、欠发达地区高职高专青年教师培养策略

(一)青年教师自我提高。青年教师要实现健康良好的成长,重要的是要调控好自己的情绪,时刻保持一种积极向上的心态,把握好自我内在心理环境这一主观因素。

1.塑造良好的教师道德和正确的人生观、价值观。教师为人师表,都是通过示范的方式传授给学生的。教师的思想和言行是学生日常学习与生活的榜样,因此教师自身道德、学识和人格形象的力量不可估量,高职高专青年教师在成长过程中应该具有优秀的思想品德和正确的人生观与价值观。教育教学是一件辛苦的事情,高职高专青年教师还应具有吃苦耐劳和无私奉献的精神,需要在备课、上课、批改作业和课外辅导等各个环节上体现耐心,做到一丝不苟,以无私的奉献精神为学生传道、授业与解惑。

2.具备扎实的专业知识、教学技能和科研能力。高职高专院校开设的专业和学科更着重培养学生实践技能或操作能力,因此青年教师从走上教学岗位之日起就应坚持继续学习,真正具备扎实的学科知识和教学技能。要做一名合格的大学教师,高职高专青年教师还应该同时具备教学与科研的能力和水平。科研为教学提供强有力的理论指导,通过参与科研,青年教师可以了解学科前沿的最新突破,学习探究学科前沿的最新命题;反过来,教学又能为科研提供广阔的实践基地,通过参与教学,青年教师能够及时发现科研上的问题,唤起研究的灵感。

3.提高自我调节能力,保持积极、健康的心理品质。面对教学、科研、职称和收入等一系列问题,需要高职高专青年教师有更坚定的决心和更坚强的毅力去逐一克服,而不能只是一味地满腹牢骚。在日常生活中,青年教师应努力扩大自己的活动范围,增加自己的生活接触面,尽可能多与外界沟通,这样有利于缓解工作和现实生活中的压力。而面对社会上质疑高职高专教师地位的主观偏见,青年教师应避免出现好高骛远或攀比名利的心态。人生难免有许多转折点,而教师犹如一盏蜡烛,如果踏踏实实,则能于所到之处照亮一方。高职高专青年教师养成了积极、乐观的心态,方能全面认识自己的人生价值,确保自己健康正常地成长为一名合格的大学教师。

(二)高职高专院校自己培养。外部环境等因素不是青年教师能够改变的,地方高职高专院校要采取积极有效的应对策略激励青年教师成长。

1.重视岗前教育培训,加强教师道德建设。为了全面提高青年教师的政治和业务素质,在高职高专院校新进教师岗前培训中,主要培训内容为教育教学法规、高等教育学和高等教育心理学(这尤其可以弥补那些因职业理想错位而在教育岗位的部分青年教师的先天不足),同时辅之高等职业教育理论和教学技能、方法教育。学校应组织青年教师认真学习教师道德和教师职业规范等知识。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,师德是教师之魂,高职高专院校应紧紧围绕教师思想政治教育目标要求,制订师德教育具体实施办法,使青年教师在思想素质、道德品质和学识态度上真正做到以身作则,为人师表。

2.营造和谐的教师文化,创建人性的工作环境。校园文化的好坏影响在校学生,而教师文化的好坏则影响到学校教师的工作心情、教学效果和生活态度。因此,营造和谐的教师文化,建立公平合理的竞争机制,有利于调动青年教师的工作积极性,要在评聘职称和职务晋升上打破传统的论资排辈思想观念的束缚。学校可以尝试改变陈旧的聘用制度,采取低职高聘的用人方式,定期使各方面考核评价满足高一级职称任职条件的优秀青年教师受到高一级聘用,并在学校行政管理中及时发现真正出类拔萃、德才兼备的青年教师,提拔他们到学校行政队伍中参与学校管理工作。

3.完善学校收入分配制度。高职高专院校应当努力完善学校的收入分配制度,教师工资收入应当由比重较低的基本工资加上比重较高的课时费组成,在制定教学工作量和职称评聘标准时建立向青年教师适度倾斜的绩效工资考核制度,这样有利于加强收入分配的激励功能,使处于一线教学岗位的青年教师享受“多劳多得”的公平待遇。在采集意见、讨论制度时应尽量给予青年教师参与的机会,这样有助于提高他们对制度的认可和接受程度。

4.努力解决和改善学校住房条件。根据马斯洛的需要层次理论,人的需要由低到高分为五个层次,最低层次必须实现的是生存方面的需要。作为一名主要靠课时费获得收入来维持生计的大学青年教师,当面对物价上涨、房价飙升、囊中羞涩时,买房安居将是他们的首要难题。俗话说“安居才能乐业”,而住房困难或购置昂贵的房产后成为负担沉重的房奴,使青年教师在生活和心理上都难于承受。因此,为了更好地培养青年教师成长,高职高专院校可结合青年教师的工作与生活实际,在校内建设周转房或单身房,努力为他们创造住房条件,这其实也是为校园学生安全管理创造有利的条件。

5.努力开展教学比赛,完善教学评估机制。为了提高青年教师的课堂教学能力,提升学校的教育教学质量,高职高专院校可以积极开展青年教师公开课教学比赛,努力夯实青年教师的课堂教学基本功。学校应重视青年教师教学基本功和课堂教学能力的提高,通过建立合理健全的教学评估机制,制定科学有效的教学评价方案,对青年教师的教学效果和工作业绩进行公平公正的评估。对部分青年骨干教师的突出成效进行奖励,以鼓励他们不断超越自我,同时在全校组织观摩,借助实际工作中榜样的力量对其他青年教师加以激励,以传递正能量。

6.采用导师制,创设浓厚的教学科研环境。高职高专院校可以为刚毕业的青年教师选择优秀的老教师作为其导师,并使之制度化,这是很值得推广的一种青年教师培养方法。导师身体力行的模范带头作用可以带动青年教师养成良好的教师道德行为;导师丰富的人生阅历和深厚的专业理论知识能够优化青年教师的知识结构;导师的自身教学和科研业绩,是青年教师学习的目标或榜样;导师在学生管理方面的独到见解也可以作为青年教师不可多得的间接经验。导师和青年教师之间也相互学习,可共同促进学校教育教学质量的改善和提高。

7.建立健全公正合理的评价激励机制。在欠发达地区的高职高专院校,其教育教学水平更多取决于教师队伍的团结协作精神,因此学校对教师的评价不仅关系到教师的个人利益,而且关系到整个学校的可持续发展。学校应从本校实际出发,根据学校师资建设目标,适度向青年教师倾斜,以促进青年教师成长为目的,弱化评价对教师的考核判断功能,制定有利于青年教师持续发展的评价体系。建议改变传统的奖惩性教师评价方式,采用以促进发展为目的的发展性教师评价,它依据目标、重视过程、及时反馈、促进发展,不以奖惩为目的,在没有奖惩的条件下以促进教师的专业发展为最终目的,更侧重于帮助教师发现教学中存在的问题,提高教育教学质量,从而实现学校的整体发展目标。学校制定的评价内容可根据自身特点有所侧重,欠发达地区高职高专院校的工作重点是教育和培养各专业相关实用人才,因此对青年教师的评价应该在考虑他们的师德素养和专业理论知识的基础上,重点评价他们的教学技能,然后再参考其科研潜能,而不能盲目地采用目前高校以科研为主的评价方式。

一、指导思想

四、主要工作

1、全面做好初高中衔接工作

高中学段和初中学段在教学对象、教学内容、教学要求、教学方式和学习方式方面均存在着一定的差异。因此,帮助高中学生了解这些差异,引导他们尽快适应高中的学习与生活,是摆在新学期高一教师面前的迫在眉睫的任务。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层,在开新课之前,拿出一周左右的时间搞好高初中之间的衔接,为开新课做好准备。

第一课时:音标。目的是培养学生的拼读单词和自学单词的习惯和能力。

第二课时:词类与句子成分。例句必须经典、简练、上口,以学生易于熟悉记忆与再现为准。

第三课时:语法线索:在整体梳理初中所学语法现象的基础上,以一段“自我介绍”涵盖初中主要的语法内容。

第四课时:教材编排特点分析、学习要求和学习方法指导。

另外,在其中穿插一些小型测试(如词汇测试等)、写作或阅读等内容。

1、认真研究新课程标准,认真研究新教材,在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课,认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

2、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点,直接影响学生综合能力的提高,在教学中要重视词汇教学,狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

3、为了提高学生的听力水平,从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外,还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

4、坚持每周一次作文训练,训练题材、方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记,对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

5、阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一节课作为阅读课,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

6、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证,有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高。坚持每周一次的集体备课,集体备课前先确立一名中心发言人,由中心发言人先确定下周所教模块的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法,然后全组人员共同探讨,最后确定下来。每天的集体备课与说课,备课组长要负责组织,定时间、定地点、定主讲人。

7、加强听评课。听课、评课,取长补短。教师教学各有风格,教师间应互相听课,可以听本校的,也可以到外校听课,做到取人之长,补己之短,共同提高。

8、开展英语课外活动,提高学习兴趣:

1)、开展课外英语竞赛活动:如开展英语口语(演讲)竞赛、书法比赛、写作比赛(借助各类英语传媒开展)、英语朗诵比赛、英语歌咏比赛、英文歌曲比赛等;开展课本剧表演等。以活动促教学。

做题速度慢的大部分原因是对高考数学题目不熟练,造成对题目不熟的原因大概有这么三个:对知识点本身不熟悉、解题思路不熟悉(思维不熟)、分析能力不足。

2、熟悉基本的解题步骤和解题方法解题的过程,是一个思维的过程。对一些基本的、常见的问题,前人已经总结出了一些基本的解题思路和常用的解题程序,我们一般只要顺着这些解题的思路,遵循这些解题的步骤,往往很容易找到习题的答案。

3、审题要认真仔细,对于一道具体的习题,解题时最重要的环节是审题。审题的第一步是读题,这是获取信息量和思考的过程。读题要慢,一边读,一边想,应特别注意每一句话的内在涵义,并从中找出隐含条件。

4、合理分配数学答题时间,考试最主要的问题是速度,原则是“稳中求快,准确第一”,没有准确性的快更不可取。高考数学考试尽量从前往后做,但要合理分配时间基础题固然重要,但后面的大题分值也不小,所以要注意答题时间。

高考数学备考策略

从近几年的考试题分析,“双基”的考查是重点,大题中对于考生的数学思想方法上的考查要求不高,因此,在教学中教师把一些重点考查知识按照某种线索把知识串起来,从而把知识系统化、结构化,形成良好的认知结构,抓好“双基”的教学,不要钻难题。

2、重点考查的知识点要重点复习

从近几年的考试题分析,大题的类型基本固定,三角函数、圆锥曲线、函数、数列及应用题是考查的重点题型,在教学中重点复习这几个部分的解答题,按专题复习是一种有效的教学方法。例如,在历年的解析几何题中,一般都是直线与某两种圆锥曲线的结合,求直线与某种圆锥曲线的交点或求圆锥曲线的方程。那么,在专题复习中,把曾经考过的解几题和可能考的类型都列出来,让学生把握各种可能的试题和相应的解题方法。

3、有效提高学生的运算能力

学生的运算能力是高职考试重点考查的内容,但是,从多年的阅卷来看,学生的运算能力较弱,需要重点培养。做到“基本的运算一遍就做对,复杂的运算多做几遍能做对。可以说,运算能力很大程度上决定了得分的高低。每天要求学生做10道题,其中选择、填空共8题,解答题2题。解答题要求学生写出详细的计算过程。日常训练主要针对解方程、解不等式、分数加减乘除、乘方、开方的运算、分母有理化等。

近几年高考数学常出现的问题

1、知识性的错误。高职高考主要考查学生的“双基”,在答卷中,学生出现的主要问题是知识性错误。例如,在07年试题中的第17题:已知向量 与向量 垂直,且 ,则 = ,本题主要考查基本的数学概念――数量积,可是不少考生忘记了数量积的公式,导致错误。

2、解题方法选择不当。在做解析几何的题目中,不会使用数形结合方法做题,导致容易出现错误。例如,20考题的第22题:已知中心在原点,焦点 在x轴上的椭圆C的离心率为 ,抛物线 的焦点是椭圆C的一个顶点。

审题的概念

A recent survey shows that some people prefer the higher-paying job even though it requests a longer hours than those low-paying job, especially among the young. They consider that they should spare no effort to earn money and improve their life standard when they are still young.

However, others hold diverse view that they would rather choose lower-paying jobs and earn less money than do longer hours jobs. What they consider is that they should accompany their family and friends as much as possible even though they are busy. Moreover, they think they need to enjoy their lives while they are making their living, in that life is limited and money is not everything.

If I had a chance to choose my job, I would be inclined to choose the latter one. In my opinion, many things are more important than money even though money can solve many problems, such as our family, affection and friendship. In addition, we also need to take our personal preference and conditions into consideration when choosing jobs. Only in this way can we real enjoy our jobs.
